Replicate Agent Settings doesn't succeed for servers with SMH 2.0
Hi,
We have a Replicate Agent Settings task to distribute settings to our servers (SMH, Insight Management Agents & VCA). There are 2 weird things:
- servers with SMH 2.0 give errors in the task results, especially for the management agents and the VCA. Servers with the older SMH don't have those errors. The source for the settings is a server with SMH 2.0 (actually it is our HP SIM 4.2 server)
- from time to time a task result is "The agent does not trust the HP Systems Insight Manager server. Establish a trust relationship.", while there IS a trust relationship! The next time I run the task, another system shows this error or no system at all shows it. It is always shown for 1 component (the VCA settings I think). So he doesn't give this error for other component settings!!
- there is 1 server (a ProLiant DL380 G3 with W2K3) which gives the error: "SNMP Configuration Error Occurred: Thresholds not supported on this device". Other systems don't have that arror in the task results...
With other words: I get strange errors when replicating agent settings. I hope someone can help me! Thanks!!
