Report for existing disk threholds

(HP Systems Insight Manager4.1 SP1]

I see that it is simple enough to set disk thresholds, but what I would like to do is to generate a report on existing disk thresholds. How can I go about doing that? The information doesn't appear to be stored in the SQL database, and I can't find a way to construct a task to poll the servers and provide me a report.
