Re: Reporting features of HPSIM6
Hi
Answer is Yes : HP SIM does a data collection every fortnight by default. It stores all the info in its database for later use through the reporting features. By default, there are many ready to use reports.
For instance : Servers inventory, storage report, contract and warranty reports, etc...
Besides The version 6.0 now proposes some enhanced reports based on the crystal report technology enbling pie / charts presentations.
The reports you are interested in are the following :
Software Firmware Baseline Information
System Name
Description
Version
Software Firmware Baseline Name
Software Firmware Baseline Version
Latest Version
Configured Repository
Array Controllers
System Name
Model
Version
Serial Number
Firmware Revision
Slot Number
Board Name
