Sorry for using the forum for this; however, we are experiencing a great amount of frustration over a case we have open with HP. Could you look at case 3205074477 and see if you can provide any direction?

My normal starting points for this are both out on Spring Break (presumably with their kids). I'm having to reach farther afield, but I wanted to make sure you know I haven't forgotten you.
