Restarting MXAgent

My Hp sim web page hangs. Checking http server status is just counting
In the eventviewer i am getting following event every minute:
- AgentDaemon (error): Received an exception
- Restarting MxAgent
- Restart was Successful

In the file C:\Program Files\HP\Systems Insight Manager\logs\mxdomainmgr.1016.out:
An error occurred trying to execute the command.
You must be a member of the administrators group to run this command.

I have already found thread 786847. But this didn't help me.

Anyone an idea?

I "solved" by installing hp sim 5
