Re: RILOE II
One one of the target servers that has the RILOE II installed, go to Control Panel to the HP Mangement Agents applet. Check the list of Active and Inactive agents and look for an agent called Remote Insight information. Make sure it is on the Active list.
Then go back to SIM and go to Logs > View All Scheduled Tasks and run the Daily Device Identification task. Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to run Autodiscovery again either.

Re: RILOE II
Check on the RILOE II Config, the Data returned Setting needs to be at least Minimum.
On the Server with the RILOE II what is the status of the MP Column?
Try running the Identification Task for the Server.

Re: RILOE II
Ed: thanks for your reply but I have to say that Remote Insight Agent is working on every server.
Rob: All RILOE's are discovered correct. The status on MP column is No management processor discovered on system
I'm going to do a Discover process again but I believe is not going to work,
Any other idea?
