RSSWM 5.2 and SIM 5.2 sp2

I upgraded from SIM 5.2 sp2 and when it was finished I didn't see any option for Contract and Warranty in SIM and I didn't have an icon to run the RSSWM. I read online that you should try and install it separately to resolve the issue so I downloaded RSSWM 5.20. It installed but I still don't see Contract and Warranty in SIM. Is this version of RSSWM compatible with 5.2 sp2 or does it only work for 5.3?

If not, how do I get a copy of 5.10? I've searched the HP website but I can't figure out where to go.
