Screen refreshes
I have a question about the All systems frame on the CMS on the right side of the browser. I have noticed if a server being monitored is switched off (no trap is sent to the CMS), the HS (health Status) takes a long time to change to red or the browser needs a refresh to pick up the updated red status. Can someone explain how this works, ie how often the CMS polls systems ? How quickly should I expect to see a colour change to the status ?
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Screen refreshes
See Tasks & Logs --> All Scheduled Tasks for the "Hardware Status Polling for Servers" task which is scheduled for every 5 minutes.

Re: Screen refreshes
Thanks for your answer. Can you confirm that once the poll of the suspect server has taken place the status colour in the browser window should change from green to red straight away ?
