SD is not getting the SIM TRAPS OR EVENTS

Hi All,
I have integrated SIM with Service Desk Successfully.I have followed all the steps in SD SIM Doc,But i am not getting any traps or events in Service Desk.
So can anybody tell me whats the problem here and how to diagnose this problem?
