Security / Customisation
Hello,
I recently installed HP SIM5.0 and I have to say there is a huge improvement compared to the older versions. Saying that I do miss 2 things and I am wondering if this is possible in the current version (and I am ovelooking it) or if it could be implemented in the future.
1) I would like to have reports available for certain users. I am working to give a NT-Group view rights for their own servers, however there is no need to see all other servers. Currently you can enable/disable resports, but not connect them to a group. Obviously I did manage this already for the tools available in the security settings.
2) I would like to move around the reports. If I do not want the standard Shared, I have to recreate all reports. It would be great if I could re-allocate them.
Overall I would like to be able to customise the screens for my client users, so I dictate the information available, e.g. not the Did you know screens for them.
An other great, small feature would be that if you logon to a domain, the domain is already populated in the webpage.
Cheers,
Bart

Re: Security / Customisation
Thanks, this means you are allowed to modify all files and graphics or ..?
However this is to alter the logon screen, I meant the first screen once you logged on.
Anyone knows how to do the reports aswell?
Cheers
