Serialnumber 0
Import serialnumber and some other info to our serverdatabase, 3 new servers has serial number 0, one has 5?? All other info looks correct including Product Id.

It's not clear what you mean.
It would depend on what tables you're getting the information from.
The Reports Tables are populated by the Bi-Weekly job, not by the Discovery Process.
Serial Numbers can be lost if the Motherboard has been replaced.
Check if the Serial Number is actually in the BIOS.

I'm looking at the System Page in HP Systems Insight Manager. Looking at HP Insight Diagnostics shows a correct Serial Number. The System Information page also shows the correct numbers.
I ran Data Collection and then checked two of the servers. They had a correct serial number on the System Page. Two minutes later it's gone???
