"Data Collection" on RILOE I & II's sometimes Fail with Error Message:

I have approximently 900 RILOE I's & II's. I recently ran a "Data Collection" Task on all Managment Processors and approximently 100 of the 900 Failed.

Out of those 100, some of 'Stdout' messages that read, "The device does not have any supported instrumentation.".

Anyone know what reasons cause Data Collection on a RILOE to fail?
