Service unaviable

Hello,

First I'd like to thanks the community for the previous help, now it's working fine... ;-)

Now when i try to access from insight manager on another server to the service linked as "HP Insight Diagnostics" I get the authentification page. I put my pass and my login (those that are working for other links) and after I get the following message :??

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /hpdiags/hpdiagsstart.php on this server.

I realy don't understand. Why is it working with " HP Management Agents for Servers (storage component) " and not for "HP Insight Diagnostics" with same identification informations ?
