Seting Sytem Seting for Remote support not working

I have a task that runs every Friday to setup system Property for the contract and waranty , It sets the site and contacts to call when a case is open to HP, Since upgrade top 5.2.2 my task runs but I don't see any been setup, I see it is now a drop down menu to choose but all my servers did lost the setup it had before the upgrade, Any help will be apreciated with points :) .....
