Setting Disk Threshold Error 17268

I am trying to set the disk thresholds through the HP-SIM and I get the error "...agent did not accept the request." I have ensured the passphrases are equal. Can anyone give me some other things to look for? I am fairly new to the HP-SIM and SNMP. I understand the concepts, but am a little shakey on implementation.

System is: DL 380 G4 W/ RH4U4 and it has a smart array cont. 6i. There is ~ 1T that I am lookn' to set the threshold on.
