Setup instructions for sending SNMP Traps from HP SIM

Hi,

I am new to HP SIM, i'm trying to configure HP SIM to sends alerts as SNMP Traps to other destination. i could not find it in document.

Is there a way like whenever any CRITICAL alerts occurs then trigger a notification to send SNMP trap to destination.

Not quite sure what you're trying to do here.
It's the agents on the servers HPSIM is monitoring that initiate the sending of a trap to HPSIM. So on the remote servers you configure the Trap Destination to point to the HPSIM Server.
If you have another platform that also wants to get the traps then HPSIM can forward traps or you can have snmp on the remote servers send to multiple destinations.

I have a platform where i can receive Traps from multiple monitoring tools.For example i receive events from HP OVO, HP SIM, SCOM etc.

Generally in any tools we may configure a task like whenever any alert is received send EMAIL notification to the respective owner or send an SMS to respective person or evoke an action for that particular alert etc...

In HP SIM, whenever any new events occur it should send a Notification as SNMP Traps to my platform(remote destination).
