Silent install error using silent.xml for HPSIM 6.3

Silent install error using silent.xml for HPSIM 6.3

I get the following error when using silent.xml trying to instal hpsim63 on a Windows 2008 R2 sp1 Server.

Getting the following error for components  tyring to use the silent.xml file installing HPSIM 6.3 on a Windows 2008 R2 Sp1 HP Server. I want to install HPSIM to a drive other than the system drive which cannot be done via the GUI. HPSIM6.3 installs fine manually.

once the attempt at the silent install completes it popsup the Welcome Screen to begin the manual install.
