SIM 4.0 SP1 Install Error

I am having several issues when trying to install SP26190 on my SIM server - cannot find mxversion.exe, java issues, and HP SIM not found. I have managed to get past the fist two; however, cannot get past the last error. Any help would be appriciated.

It sounds like no one is having trouble installing this patch. I am still receiving an error that SIM is not found and that no changes are being made.

Any ideas?
