SIM 4.1 SP1 - upgrade or not from 4.1?

I'm currently running SIM 4.1 with the IE and MIB patches. I just saw that 4.1 SP1 is now out. I read the readme and it seemed to only incorporate the IE fix into the base installation.

Does SP1 fix anything else, or can I leave my 4.1 + IE + MIB updates and not be missing anything?

It doesn't fix anything else. But if you're sure that all the clients that you use to browse to HPSIM is not having the MS patch for the IE6.0 then it's ok. Otherwise you'll not be able to login from those machines where you have the MS patch applied. So, it's better you upgrade HPSIM.
