SIM 4.2 Performance Warning

On a ProLiant DL 380 G2 Server running Windows 2000 Server SP4.

Memory Warning
Abnormally high average page read rate (below 5 is normal) and an abnormally high page fault rate (below 10 is normal). However, there is still at least 20 MB of available memory.

Trying to determine the cause of this issue and resolve?

It is unlikely you will will resolve the issue.

An application has needed more memory and it gets page faulted in. After a while it may be released back to the OS.
Then the application needs memory again, more faulting. Repeat....

It's part of how Memory allocation is done. With MS, you cannot typically pre-allocate memory to an application and have it retained. In most cases you wouldn't want to. Let the app give up unused memory for other processes to use.
The warning above states that the issue may not be a problem.

I have the same event, in the event viewer of the same server type ProLiant DL360 G2 with Windows 2000 Server Sp4

So at this time, i don't find any solution for this problem.
