SNMP Insight Agent Settings

Hi all,

I know how correctly set SNMP for managed systems, though, I never been 100% sure about including "localhost or 127.0.0.1" in "Forward Traps to:".
Does it need it??
I know that "Accept traps from:" has to have localhost or 127.0.0.1 and a READ-CREATE community must exist, for the agent to function well.
