SIM 5.1 SP1 - CW changed to "label"

Has anyone noticed that the column labeled CW is not showing as "label" is it just me or has this been updated by some unknown source?

I noticed this just the other day on our SIM server.

CW is "Contract and Warrenty" status. Have you installed/enabled that option? Perhaps if you have not installed it, it defaults to something bogus like "label".

I have not uninstalled it and it is working fine, other than the column showing as "label" instead of "CW"

same here, using it, just changed at one point but all is working fine.

I got a few systems with the same problem,

SIM 5.2SP1 with RSP - CW changed to "label"

Some CC engineers told me that this has to do with a language setting. It is not a showstopper but some customers made a support case for this issue, they want this to be solved.
If someone has a solution for this problem please let me now

"Label" instead of "CW".

Step 1 - Close HP SIM application

Step 2 - Stop the HP SIM Service

Step 3 - Copy the file CWStatusSourceReg.properties from the ISEE config directory
(C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\RemoteSupport\config) to the HP SIM setup directory
(C:\Program Files\HP\Systems Insight Manager\setup).

Step 4 - Start the HP SIM Service

Step 5 - Open the HP SIM application - the column should be labeled once again as CW
