SIM 5, PMP - Can't view graph on workstation

Using XP SP2 on workstation.
Whenever I try to view the graph in the PMP I get the screen shot attached.

Anyone know how to fix?

This is probably due to security settings. Try adding your HP SIM server to your trusted web sites list.

Will give that a shot.

I also tried to get there in Firefox and this time no error, but graph never comes up. Seems like trying to connect and never finishing.

Thanks,

I don't believe the graphs will work with Firefox, they use ActiveX.

If this is the first time you have used PMP, then you may need to check your internet proxy logs etc.
If the ActiveX component needed to display the graphs is not present then PMP initiates a call to HP or MS, cannot recall which. But I seem to recall both sites are involved.
I've also seen this linkage get broken, so all you see in the Proxy logs is a http 404 error. From memory this was from the MS site. But if you search through this forum you may see previous notes about the issue.
