SIM 6.2 Register VM HOST ERROR!!!

HI ,
when i want to register vm host ,and click run now then there is error occured!
"Register VM Host.Unable to register 10.10.3.239. Register VM host failed,host is not licensed."
i don't know which server should be licensed,who has any idea?
10.10.3.239 - ESX 4.1 Enterprise.

If you're using Virtual Machine Manager then you need licenses for each host. So it's the host you're trying to register that needs a license.
