SIM 6.3 - Cisco LinkDown Trap Details
Hello,
We are running SIM 6.3 and need to identify a LinkDown status on Cisco 3560 switch. Traps come in however there are no trap details and while we know we have LinkDown status on the switch we have no way of knowing what port. If I use a 3rd party trap viewer the module and port information is in the trap. We are using the IF-MIB.mib.
- Does anyone know why this is happening? -
- Does 6.3 support SNMPv2 and is maybe the problem?
- Anyway to view the raw trap information coming into SIM?
- Anyone know a way to get these other trap details to show up in SIM?
Thanks
