SIM can not read Productnumber of HP-UX Server

SIM can not read Productnumber of HP-UX Server

both SIM 5.3.1 and SIM 6.0 are not able to read the Productnumber of HP-UX Server. All Wbem settings are ok, Serial and Model numbers can be read without any problems. Any ideas??

as far as I know you need HP-UX 11.31 on a modern Integrity server for the product number to be detected. See also http://forums.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1366644
