SIM can't send alert when one of the NIC failed(config with bonding)

SIM can't send alert when one of the NIC failed(config with bonding)

I test SIM send mail function,and some of hardware failed SIM will send mail.
But when I pulled out one of the network cable to test ,
~~~~SIM can't send alert.My server model is DL360G5,it has two network interface NIC1 and NIC2 ~~~~
(PS: I configured network with bonding,and I config Important event need send E-mail alert)
Is it correct?Or I need to modify some configuration.
