SIM download problem

Hi,

some browser's i could not open SIM download page.

Another browsers, I try to download 210 MB SIM for windows installation file, only coming 48MB and do not work.

Hello

Are you have HP Management 7.10 CD. There is installation of HP SIM 4.1
