SIM Install Issue

The install starts then the error
"Unable to find the readme, release notes and installation and user guide". I tried copying them into the same folder as the install, but it didn't help

I had this problem. I was trying to install from a network share and the account I was logged in as only had "Read" permissions. I bumped the access up to "Change" and it worked OK.

Reformated disk and started over. Problem went away.
