SIM installation broke local PSP Web Agent

After installing SIM 4 on my 2003 box, the HP Insight Web Agent now won't get past 'starting'. Thus I can't get to the server homepage.

I tried reinstalling PSP 7.00, rebooting multiple time, and it is still stuck.

Any ideas?

Well I had to remove the c:\compaq directory and then reinstall all of the HP agents from scratch. After about 15 reboots, things seem to be back to normal.
