SIM INstallation failure
The SIM install seems to work fine until it reaches the stage that it is populating the database. the installation appears to hang, I have left the server overnight and the install bar refuses to move .
This is been installed on a
Windows 2000 Domain server SP4
Exchange 2000
IIS server.
I also have problems starting the HP Insight Web agent while IIS is running. If I stop all the IIS services then the Web Agent will start.

Re: SIM INstallation failure
sorted the installation problem.. soeone had removed some memory form the server and it only had 12mb left.
As for the Web agents I have found that if I stop the World Wide Web Publishing agent and then start the HP Insight Web agent it starts , I can then start the World Wide Web Publishing Agent without any erros
