SIM mgnt through iLO, host NIC, or both?

SIM mgnt through iLO, host NIC, or both?

Is it best to manage servers via SIM through iLO, host NIC, or both? Do they show up as 2 links or hosts in SIM? Seems like different capabilities depending on which ports are used. Does SIM recognize both iLO and NIC ports belonging to same host?

From what I've seen when I add the ILO and look at "All devices"; it shows both in the MP field of the server it's on and as it's own separate entry.

Delete the separate entry and the MP on the hosting server goes back to a question mark.
