SIM Problem

Hi friends
I have one problem on SIM server. I install SIM on the windows OS and proliant server. In the start time SIM and loading browser this message is show: Please wait. Checking Java Plug_in.
And system do not another working.
Please help me

Did you install jre on your server?

Or if you installed SIM 4.x you need patch.
