SIM task failures
We just recently started having a problem with running tasks. We have tasks set up to run on individual servers ie. disk perf, or drive space available. We are now having problems running these tasks because they are now failing with the error that the machines are invalid. The only clue we have is that the preferred name of the server is not the same as the DNS name under the system list properties. We cant figure out where the preferred name is derived from verus the DNS name. Has anyone seen this before.
