I am a little confused on just what PSP software I need on my servers to get the most out of SIMS. Reading my driver alert today, I found the HP Remote Monitor Service. This is not installed on any of my servers, and we assumed that with an initial install of the PSP, it would automatically install everything the server needed.
What specifically should be installed besides the agents and SNMP?
