SIMS Report not Complete

We are trying to run a report showing the internal sensors and temperatures of our servers.  The sensors show but there is no temperature information.  When you look at the homepages, the temperature information is available.  The queried tables show a null value for the temperature.  Is there any way we can change that to get the info we need?  I would hate to go manually through each page.  Thanks!
