Slow connection

I have been installing the SIM agents on a lot of servers. I have found this issue.
-Trying to get to the agent SMH via the central console (Win2k) on every box, but this connection is very slow (5 min), but if I try to get the SMH via https://IP:2381, this connection is immediate.
Do you know what is the problem??

Hello Jose,

1.When you say SIM agents,are you referring to Insight Management agents for the Managed Node?
If yes,whats the version?
2.How do you try to get to the agent SMH via the central console (Win2k) on every box?
3.https://IP:2381 is the correct way to access SMH of a Managed node from a remote server.

I´m sorry but you don´t have all information (upsss...). I´m working with HPSIM 5.0. I´ll try to response you.

[Jose]: we have a lot of agents, versions, SO,...The problem ocurrs with ALL agents.

2.How do you try to get to the agent SMH via the central console (Win2k) on every box?
[Jose]: From HPSIM, with "System Name" --> "System Management Home Page" link.

3.https://IP:2381 is the correct way to access SMH of a Managed node from a remote server.
[Jose]: My problem is when HPSIM make a "mxManagementUrlLaunch....".

Hi,
I have tried to change "Options --> Security --> System Link Configuration" (Name, IP or full Name), but the result is the same.
