smhstart.exe error on HP SIM 6.2

We added a server (which is ESX host) and then started getting errors in the Application log:
The HP SIM Server crashes.

Has anyone experienced this issue ?

You can try installing latest SMH (since smhstart.exe is SMH service executable) to see, whether the issue is with SMH.

Also, you can go through SMH log (by executing \hp\hpsmh\bin\smhlogreader) to verify SMH behavior.
