SNMP relay

We have HP servers in DMZs that I would like to monitor with HP SIM. However our security policy will not allow direct communication (on any protocol) between these DMZ servers and "inside" servers (the HP SIM box). Does anyone know of a product (preferrably on Windows)that will relay SNMP traffic??

Hope this makes sense...
