SNMP v3 in SIM

Hi folks!
Does SIM support SNMP v3? I haven't found anything like this in manual.Do snmp v3 traps exist? Can SIM agent send snmp v3 trap to the Management Server ?

HP SIM works with the standard Microsoft Windows SNMP layer which does not support v3.

Ok thanx but what if managed servers aren't windows based? I mean they are running with linux. Is the answer the same?
