Software Report - All systems but Windows show versions

Software Report - All systems but Windows show versions

Trying to run a software report. Novell, Linux, etc, all but Windows based systems show the versions.
Has the name/description but no versions for anything except FW.

Anyone else seen this and know how to fix if possible?
SIM 5.2 SP2 at the moment.
