software server status incorrect, hp sim 5.1 sp1
hi
i moved on from hp sim 4.2 to a new hp sim server and installed 5.1 sp1 and everything is working much better now (lots of problems with pmp etc on 4.2)
anyway, i do have a small issue with the software server status
i updated to psp 7.8 and also updated all the individual firmware, driver updates but 3 items cannot be updated. i get following error message
The software will not be installed on this system because the required hardware is not present in the system or the software/firmware doesn't apply to this system.
how can i remove those 3 hardware items from the list of this server so the software status is showing as fully updated.
the 3 items are:
HP ProLiant Smart Array SAS/SATA Controller Driver for Windows Server 2003
HP ProLiant CSB-6 ATA-100 IDE RAID Driver for Windows 2000/Windows Server 2003
HP ProLiant 64-Bit/133-MHz Single/Dual Channel Ultra320 SCSI HBA and SCxxXe series SCSI HBA Driver for Windows Server 2003
