Some Netware nodes doesn't have the Insight manager link?

I don't know why I'm unable to identify a correlation of the Netware nodes system home page link not displaying within CMS when you click on the node. I have tried running task to identify all Netware nodes. Still no luck even after running the recommend identify system task. Initially I thought it was agent version but that is not the case.

Comment from the Server group imaging support... Judging from this information I believe the issue to be more about configuration and less about version number. What I'd like to see, is HP tell us why some 6.3, and even a 5.1, agent have the link while other 6.3, and all 7.1, agents do not. They should know how their product needs to be configured on a Novell server to make it work. Let's get the 6.3 and above agents working properly before we commit to updating the agents on all the servers.

Are there documented Insight agent standards out there? Steps to setup agent configurations? Also I notice that web agent on some of the server are still listed Compaq, does this matter?
