SP3 Installation "Problem"

After SP3 hotfix said 'everything completed successfully" then "restarting HP SIM delaying 15 seconds" - HP SIM then proceeded to fail to log in, according to the 68 "MAJOR" traps that are in the HPSIM


The service Did restart, but "administrator" failed to log in from 127.0.0.1 during this time before i terminated the batch program.

My password for 'administrator' has a ";" (semi-colon) In it.
