SP4 Fix Not working

Tried to use the fix that Darrin posted, but it did not work for me.

On with tech suppt. as we speak, but he is not aware of the issue.

Got it.
Rolled back to SP3, as described by Scott earlier.
Reapplied SP4, then immediately ran mxinitconfig -a

This seems to have fixed the issue.
