SQL 2000 SP4

I would like to know if there are any known issues with SIM before I upgrade my SQL 2000 DB to SP4 on my SIM 4.2-SP2 server. Thanks.

I am running SIM 4.2-SP2 with SQL 2000 SP4 and I have no new issues after upgrade to SP4.
