SSH Access Denied Error Message

I have installed my CMS server and am currently attempting to run reports on one of the managed servers.

I have installed SNMP and configured the traps.

I am unable to obtain reports from the managed node as I receive an error message as follows:

Management Protocols HTTP SMH2.0 SSH access denied -- unable to contact the SSH server on node "

The Open SSH service fails to start on the CMS with the error "the description for event id cannot be found etc.... The following information is part of the event: OpenSSH PID5940 starting service "Open SSHd failed execv 1, operation not permitted.

So all I am getting from my CMS is a summary of all the systems and that the ping tests are successful, nothing else.

Can anyone help/advise - much appreciated if you can.
