Ssytems Manager Alerts - not working

Hi,

We have a proliant server that runs Systems Insight Manager 4.01 with all the required service packs and Softpaqs, for some reason the alerst not not sent out any idea why the alerts are not emailed to specidied account ?

Have you configured the email settings? If not configure that and give it a try.
