Step 3: Select a Windows Support Pack

During and Proliant Initial Support Pack Install when I get to step 3 and enumerate the available support packs the empty circle next to the support pack number is missing. (See attachment) This, of course, prevents me from continuing. The circle is there when doing an "Install Software and Firmware" task. I am using SIM 4.1 and have tried from two different clients. Thanks in advance.

Re: Step 3: Select a Windows Support Pack

Did yo copy the support pack to the VCRM directory or did you use the upload link from the VCRM Webpage.

Sometimes when you do a copy, not all files are included.

Try to upload the support pack or try to re-scan the catalog in VCRM

Re: Step 3: Select a Windows Support Pack

If a Support Pack is listed you just highlight the one you want.
If not, it would suggest the VCRM is not correctly configured.

Re: Step 3: Select a Windows Support Pack

Thanks Luis, Rescanning the Repository fixed the problem. Afterwards, I was then able to highlight the support pak and click next as Rob suggested. Before rescanning, even though I had highlighted the support pack the "next" option would not engage.
