Stop at "Installing HP System Insight Manager service" when installing

My OS is Win2k3 Std Server SP1, MSDE 2000 SP4.

My MSDE is a seperated installation (not bundle with HPSIM), and I am sure it is working properly (it is also servering other databases). Installation stopped at mentioned stage. Is there any log I can check with the error in installation?

I actually faced this problem before. I added "Name Pipe" for the MSDE network connectivtly and then the installation was successful. But now I added "Name Pipe" and "TCP/IP" for MSDE network connectivtly, installation still fails. Thanks for helping.
